3 Hour Guided Ride in Hobart's Meehan Range Bike Park (rider ability: low intermediate and above)

Gracing the hills on Hobart's eastern shore, the Meehan Bike Park offers a wide variety of great trails. Our experienced guide has an awesome collection of trails to show you, to match your ability.

This ride is suitable for riders who's ability is 'low intermediate and above'.

The excitement begins when you jump on our shuttle at South Hobart and we drive you over to the bike park (approx 15 mins).

On arrival at the Bike Park, there will be a brief safety meeting and introduction to the trail network, then it's fun time!

The whole experience will last approx three hours.

Bikes

You can bring your own bike, or you can hire from our fleet of mountain bikes. Please note, bike hire is not included in the price of this ride.

We have a fleet of high-spec Scott Genius mountain bikes. They have dual suspension with plenty of travel, dropper post, and great brakes, perfectly suited for the trails at Meehan Bike Park.

If you are riding your own bike, please make sure it is mechanically A1.

Itinerary

The meeting point is at our office, 473 Macquarie Street, South Hobart.

Please arrive ten minutes before the shuttle is scheduled to leave.

If you are hiring a bike, please arrive 20 minutes before start time.

The total duration of this experience is approximately 3 hours.

Extra Info

Please have suitable riding gear. Tasmania can have changeable weather conditions, so please dress appropriately and be prepared for all weather conditions. Unless unsafe to do so, this tour will run in most weather conditions. A full refund will be made if we have to cancel the tour because of unsafe conditions eg. extreme winds, extreme fire danger or torrential rain.
