Maydena Express - Private group transfer from Maydena Bike Park to Hobart Airport

The Maydena Express is a fast, stress-free option for transporting groups of riders between Hobart Airport and Maydena Bike Park.
When you book, you book the entire minibus and trailer. This service is designed to transport the group between Hobart Airport and Maydena as quickly and efficiently as possible.
When booking, we'll at least need to know the travel dates. Pick-up times can be confirmed when flights have been confirmed.

Travel time to the airport
The travel time between Maydena and Hobart Airport, is approximately 1.5 hours. To catch a plane, we recommend leaving Maydena 3 hours before the scheduled take-off time.

Cancellation policy
Customers can cancel their reservation without incurring any charges up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within this specified period will receive a full refund, less a booking processing fee.
If a cancellation is made after the allowed cancellation period, a cancellation fee will be applicable. The cancellation fee will be 20% of the total booking amount.
Customers who cancel within the permitted cancellation period will be eligible for a full refund of the total booking amount, less a booking processing fee. The refund will be processed within 7 business days after the cancellation request is received.
Customers may request modifications to their reservation, such as changing the pickup time, or location, without incurring any fees, subject to availability. However, such modifications must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
In the case of flight delays, cancellations, or unforeseen emergencies, we understand that plans can be disrupted. We will make every effort to accommodate changes to your transfer schedule under these circumstances. Please contact our office as soon as possible to discuss any necessary adjustments.
If a customer fails to show up at the designated pickup location without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show. No-shows are not eligible for a refund, and the full booking amount will be charged.
